- The Kokomo Sear Zone uses a large number of small flames to heat Our stainless steel cooking grids to very high temperatures, very quickly. The super-heated stainless element emits infrared radiation, which rapidly sears and browns the food, giving it a delicious crust.
- Infrared gas grills are FAR hotter than conventional units. The grilling temperature can easily reach 1800 degrees. This gives you the flexibility of having a quick barbeque.
