Arason Enterprises will accept undamaged returned merchandise within 45 days of receipt. Mattresses that have been opened may not be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on each item to be restocked. Merchandise that is returned damaged cannot be resold and will be invoiced.
Arason Enterprises will not be responsible for replacing damaged goods unless the consignee signs for as damaged.
Repair and Replacement parts: Arason Enterprises will ship replacement parts for damaged or defective products if deemed necessary. Often it is more cost-effective to have the product repaired by an onsite furniture repair service than to ship a new product because of the size and weight of the product.

Thank you for purchasing the Creden-ZzZ Cabinet Bed. In addition to the convenience and satisfaction you will derive from your compact, stylish cabinet bed, you will also receive the assurance of a quality manufacturing process. This warranty applies to the Creden-ZzZ cabinet bed only (not the mattress) and is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Under conditions of normal household usage, the Creden-ZzZ cabinet bed is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover against excessive wear or abuse. Arason Enterprises, Inc. warrants that it will repair or replace at its option, any part of the cabinet or cabinet components which fail to perform due to manufacturing defects or defective materials with in the one-year period. This Limited Warranty does not apply where there is evidence of excessive wear, soiling, improper cleaning or abuse. Any such evidence will void the Limited Warranty. The coverage provided by this Limited Warranty further does not apply to damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, user error, fires
or accidents or commercial usage, or to cabinets exposed to extreme humidity levels, excessive heat, or extreme temperature variations. Arason has been developing cabinet beds since 2002. They have come a long way since their first prototype designed nearly 20 year ago that was known as the “FU-Chest”. The “FU-Chest” has a simple design that opens into a bed that laid out on the floor. This design was more of a box that opened into a mattress, rather than a bed.
