INSTRUCTIONS:
All orders from BBO Poker Tables which require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.
All poker and gaming tables from BBO Poker Tables ship on pallets via ground freight, fully insured. Our carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table. Please note, most freight carriers require a 4 hour time window for delivery. ALL deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us PRIOR to your table shipping.
In the event that your table is damaged in transit, as long as your follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
All BBO Poker Tables products are protected by our lifetime warranty on all non- consumable parts, including structural and hardware integrity. Our lifetime warranty excludes consumable materials such as foam, layouts and armrests, which are subject to normal wear and tear.
Replacement layouts and materials are available for purchase on our website.
Lifetime warranty is not transferable.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
All warranty claims require documentation (photos and videos) of the issue. Simply attach the files to an email with your name and order number in the subject to sales@hangouthaven.com. Our Customer Service representatives confirm receipt within 24 hours to advise resolutions.
Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions and always use our Copperwire Track and Trace to be covered from freight shipping damage.
Concealed damage from not properly inspecting, documenting damage and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and BBO Poker Tables has no ability, by freight law, to pursuit compensation for the damages incurred. We do not want to see this situation, so it’s very important to follow our Shipping and Receiving Instructions, actively note damages during deliery, and use our Copperwire Track and Trace system.
RETURN POLICY
All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibilities of the customer and custom orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damages.
SHIPPING PROTECTION AND CONCEALED DAMAGE
BBO Poker Tables is the only company on the market that proactively protects customers from shipping damage. We have developed an end-to-end track and trace system “Copperwire TNT” for our customers to document any shipping damage. It is important that you use Copperwire TNT and note any damages on the bill of lading during delivery. As long as you do this, you are 100% covered from shipping and concealed damage situations.
BBO Poker Tables cannot assist, by law, any concealed damage claims if damages were not noted on the bill of lading during the time of delivery. Freight shipping is not the same as ground package shipping (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) and it is important to note any damages on the bill of lading and through our Copperwire TNT system. Please closely read our Shipping Receiving Instructions as freight shipping is different than small package ground shipping.

The chairs were everything I hoped for. They're very high quality and easy to assemble. I also bought the 60" round table from Hangout Haven. They were able to meet the price from their competitor, but were unfortunately out of stock in the color I wanted (as were most places). However, Hangout Haven made the creative suggestion to purchase the black base along with the English Tutor top. I did so and it looks fantastic - probably better than it would have had the whole thing been in English Tutor. Thanks for the creative solutioning. Very happy overall.
Chairs are high quality, beautiful finish and easy to assemble. We purchased 6 chairs for our poker table. No issues the delivery or with the chairs.
