Gerlach knife sharpener is ideal for stainless steel blades. Two stage sharpening process. The first is sharpening of the blunt edges of the blades with sharpened blades. The second is the edge smoothing function that should be used immediately after sharpening. Ergonomic grip handle fits perfectly to the shape of the hand. Sharpening is comfortable and safe because of the non-slip rubber parts on the handle and at the base, which ensures stability during sharpening. Using instruction: On a stable surface, move the knife blade from the handle to the tip of the blade in the masonry rod hole. Repeat several times. Smooth the blade in the hole with ceramic bars repeating the action.
